The Best Way To Cook an Egg For Weight Loss

If we talk about the nutrition, eggs are considered as the best. There are many ways through which you can make eggs. But, do you know among them there are some recipes by which you can lose weight? Baking, boiling or frying, there is more than that to complete your weight loss goals. Regardless of the myth, eggs are the new healthy thing.

1. Hardboiled egg

Take a saucepan and place the eggs inside it. Fill the cold water and cover the pan. Let the water to boil. After that remove the pan from the heat and keep eggs stand for around 15 minutes. Peel them after getting cool and enjoy with salt or onion.

2. Scrambled eggs

For each egg, take one tablespoon of milk. Whisk them together by adding sprinkles of salt and pepper. Add 2 teaspoon of butter or oil in the pan and pour the eggs on medium flame. Fold the eggs and after sometime, it is ready to eat.

3. Omelet

Omelet is a traditional recipe that includes scrambling of eggs with the vegetables, salt and pepper.

4. Fried eggs

It sounds yummy. A teaspoon of butter or oil can do wonders. Crack the egg and pour into the pan while reducing the heat. For six minutes allow it to get cooked. After sometime, the yolk starts getting thicker. The firmness of the yolk depends on your choice.

5. Poached eggs

Fill the saucepan till 3 inches with water and allow it to boil. In a cup or saucer, crack an egg and slide the cup into boiling water. Using a slotted spoon, lift the egg when the white portion gets thicken and yolk gets started harden.

6. Deviled eggs

In this recipe, you have to boil six eggs and cut them equally lengthwise. Take out the yolks and make a mixture with one-third of shredded cheese, one-quarter cup of both mayonnaise and sour cream. After that, add three tablespoons of finely chopped green onions. The recipe is ready.

7. Frittata

With one-quarter cup of milk, broth or tomato, beat around four eggs. On the completion of blending, add cooked meat, vegetables, cheese, and seafood or can also use their combination. Take two teaspoons of butter or oil over medium heat and let the Frittata sit for around 10 minutes.

8. Quiche

In a cup, take low-fat shredded cheeks over a baked pie crust. Take about 6 eggs and whisk them along with salt and the herb you like the most. Empty this mixture over the cheese and allow it to bake in over for about 40 minutes.

9. Microwave eggs

This is the healthiest way of making eggs. Two eggs are whisked along with two teaspoons of milk and low-fat shredded cheese. Take a microwave mug and coat it with cooking spray. Pour the mixture and keep the microwave high for 45 seconds. Seasoned with your favorite herbs and enjoy your eggs.
